Message from Hon Jaysinh Shankarrao Mohite Patil, the Guiding Director of Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Akluj .

It gives me immense pleasure to write the message to the stakeholders of Shankarrao Mohite Mahavidyalaya, Akluj. Sahakar Maharshi Shankarrao Mohite Patil established Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Akluj to provide the opportunity of education to the rural masters of this area. In the course of time, he came to know that only primary and secondary education is not sufficient to develop the overall personalities of the people. So he established Shankarrao Mohite Mahavidyalaya, Akluj in 1967 to open the doors of higher education in the rural area.

I am honoured to serve the institution that has been a beacon of educational excellence in our region. We are committed to building upon the strong foundation laid by our predecessors.

Shankarrao Mohite Mahavidyalaya, Akluj —one of the distinguished branches of Shikshan Prasarak Mandal—continues to play a vital role in nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and preparing our youth for the challenges of tomorrow.
